To My Little Bear
The first of Poppa’s calves were born this week so I took you to see them. It was the cutest pure bred Murray Grey calf. I thought we might be able to get you close enough to pat the calf, but it got scared and ran back to its Mummy so we just took a photo of you in front of all the cows . I also took the chicks into Kamo Tots with you on one of the days that I was off work. All the other children were really interested in the little chicks and took turns looking at them. Tree and Isla visited us at home too. Isla is a bit small to play with much yet and I had to keep making sure that you didn’t roll onto her. On Monday you had your first day at Pammy’s house while I went to work. Pammy said you had a really good day and settled in well. I’m so happy you like it there and know Pammy and Dave will take good care of you there. Aunty Ariana moves to Holland soon so we went to her farewell drinks for a little bit on Friday night. When you started to get tired I took you home and Daddy stayed there for a few more hours, then Opa brought him home later. You were such a good boy. I know Aunty Ariana will miss you lots, but I’m sure she won’t be gone for too long. Love you lots Little Bear x
